Professional appearance guidelines We believe that the quality of our camps lies in the quality of our coworkers. Professional Appearance guidelines are in place to help all of us focus on what is inside the individual rather than what is on the outside. If you are the type of person who wants to stand out and be noticed, a smile and friendly greeting is the way to go in camp! Please take care of all professional appearance guideline discrepancies before arriving in Fairbanks. Any undisclosed appearance guideline issues may result in suspension of work until the issue is resolved.
